We’re Esme and Mondi — longtime colleagues, collaborators, and friends who share a deep belief: Projects don’t fail because of tools. They fail because of misalignment, silence, burnout, and guesswork.
And we’ve seen it happen — across industries, organizations, and well-meaning teams.
Together, we’ve spent decades leading change, managing complex projects, and helping people navigate the “messy middle” where strategy meets reality.
Why We Built This
Across every team and industry we worked with, we noticed a familiar pattern:

Esmé Stewart is a seasoned organizational change strategist and team coach. With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, talent strategy, and transformation design, she helps teams move from confusion to cohesion — always with a clear plan and a deeply human touch.
Esmé is known for creating structure in the midst of chaos, asking the right questions, and guiding people through change with empathy and precision.
She’s also your secret weapon when things go off track — grounded, clear-headed, and ready to bring the team back together
Mondi
Mondi Gale is a digital transformation consultant and Microsoft 365 systems thinker with 16+ years of global experience in organizational effectiveness and project strategy.
She’s passionate about helping teams ditch the noise and build rituals that actually work — inside the tools they already use. Known for her mix of sharp systems thinking and deep empathy, Mondi turns scattered ideas into repeatable workflows and aligned teams.
She’s also a self-professed Microsoft 365 nerd who genuinely excited about organizing chaos in Teams — and yes, she has a template for that.
